Our involvement in governance is three fold.

Ed Pendergast is an experienced director of public, private and non profit boards, which gives him an in depth understanding of governance. He has served on a variety of committees, has been chair and interim CEO and has experienced a wide range of events including IPOs, going private and financing scenarios to mention a few.

Advisory Boards – We help to establish and manage Advisory Boards for private companies where the company is not prepared to have a more formal board. It includes developing the criteria for the skill sets needed on the board, helping to select and recruit the members and working with the company to set the agenda and educate the directors to ensure the board is successful.

Board Education and Evaluation – As a member of the faculty for Board Advisory Services of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Ed Pendergast facilitates director education programs and helps evaluate Boards, Committees and the Directors themselves.
